We have included GPI's ORGANIZATIONAL

so that you may understand how our company operates and who is who.

Section 2: Guide to Organising
Short-Term Group Programs, Including Deadlines
To organise a short-term group program, please refer to
the following steps given below. If anything is unclear, or you have
any
questions of any kind, please contact GPI.
Steps
- Partner-Agent contacts Akihiro Morimoto with program
request. Program Requests should be submitted by FTP on the PROGRAM
REQUEST FORM.
- Regional program managers will create sample
itineraries
and program quotes based upon specifics given in the Program Request
Form.
- Regional Managers to submit sample itinerary and
quote to Operations Department.
- Operations to submit sample itinerary, program quote
and work order to Partner-Agent by FTP.
- If approved by Partner-Agent, Partner-Agent to sign
work
order and fax to Operations Department. If not approved, Partner-Agent
to request specific changes to Mr Morimoto and steps #2-6 are repeated.
- Once a program's work order has been signed, GPI will
begin
set-up on the program and the Partner-Agent will begin recruiting. The
status of the set-up and the recruiting progress needs to be shared.
The Partner-Agent will submit a weekly GROUP
STATUS UPDATE to the Operations Department each Wednesday.
The Operations Department will submit an OPERATIONS
REPORT to the Partner-Agent each Friday. Both of these forms
will be submitted by email.
- Complete the above according to deadlines as outlined
below:
