Dear Overseas Representatives;

Thank you for taking time to consider representing Global Partners as a Partner-Agent. GPI prefers to use the name 'partner-agent' because we see overseas agents as being equals in our mission to provide world-class exchange programs. As such, you can be guaranteed that we will do everything possible to provide accurate and timely information and promotional materials to help you in your task. Our Partner-Agents are also included in the process of determining final program prices. This ensures that the program cost is competitive in your market and that you, as a Partner-Agent, are offered appropriate prices.

In general, our Partner-Agents recruit, screen and assist international students wishing to study in North America. We prefer to work with agents who are proactive in finding students. Should you decide to partner with GPI, we will ask you to sign a Memorandum of Agreement, which outlines both the agent's and GPI's responsibilities. Please take a look at the steps below. They outline the process in developing a formal partnership.

We currently have Partner-Agents in Brazil, Japan, Korea, Mexico and Russia. We are very excited at the prospect of expanding, especially into regions where we are not yet represented. If you believe that your company could successfully promote and sell Global Partners' youth exchange programs, please fill in and submit the on-line application. It is very short and we guarantee a quick response! You may also e-mail us with any questions that you have.

We hope to be working with you soon!

Sincerely,

Akihiro Morimoto
Executive Director

Three Steps to Becoming a GPI Partner-Agent

1. Exploratory Stage:

This is the first step in becoming a Partner-Agent. In fact, you are at this stage now. At this time, we want to learn about one another. GPI asks potential agents to fill in and submit our on-line application. GPI will answer any questions that you may have about our programs. If further information is required, we will prepare it for you. Future agents are welcome and encouraged to make specific requests at this time. In this way, you act as the eyes and ears of your market. We would be very happy to design a customized program for your clients.

2. Agreement Stage:

After completing the Exploratory Stage, and agreeing that GPI and your organization are a good match, we will enter into the Agreement Stage. Global Partners has prepared Memorandums of Agreement (MOA) that explain the duties, financial obligations and deadlines for each party. The signing of these MOA's is necessary before we can begin making preparations for any programs being offered.

3. Program Partnership:

The MOA's have been signed! We are partners! GPI looks forward to a mutually beneficial relationship built on trust and respect. Together, we can now begin jointly promoting GPI's programs. We will assist in the promotion by creating exciting programs, providing you with competitive pricing and promotional materials. Our Operations Manager will teach you our information reporting system, designed to keep everyone up to date.
